1 piece round steak
Tenderizer or salts to taste (garlic, onion, celery)
1/2 package of dry onion soup mix (french)
1 can cream of chicken soup
Tenderize round steak or pound salts into steak with a meat hammer (or use handle of knife). Cut steak into serving pieces. Place meat into a casserole dish. Sprinkle meat with dry french onion soup mix. Pour can of cream soup over meat and add a little water. Not too much to start with. Add water as needed, during baking in 350 degree oven. Bake in oven covered for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours (rare to well done, falling apart). Turn steak once. The onion soup mix will brown you meat so there is not need to brown it before hand.
