1.00 packet onion and garlic croutons, 6 ounce
0.50 cup hot water
1.00 egg
1.00 pound ground beef
1.00 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
0.25 cup barbecue sauce
1.00 egg
1.00 teaspoon onion, minced
1.00 cup croutons
6.00 thick tomato slices
0.50 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
In a small bowl, add hot water and 1 egg to remainder of package. Stir to combine. Press crouton mixture into greased 9-inch pie pan. Combine ground beef, cheese, barbecue sauce, egg, onion and croutons. Press into crouton crust. Place tomato slices on top and bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 2 minutes longer. Serve with a salad.
