1 pocket food cake mix, (18.25 ounce)
1 cup water
1/2 cup applesauce
3/4 cup egg beaters(r) 99% egg substitute
1 can reduced fat chocolate frosting, (16 ounce)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first four ingredients at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Pour into 2 greased 9-inch round cake pans. Bake for 35 minutes or until done. Cool completely and frost.
