1 (12 ounce) bottle beer
Place ingredients in a heavy saucepan or dutch oven with tight fitting lid. Bring to a boil, and boil for 1 minute. Cover and turn off heat. Do not remove the lid and wait until the mixture has cooled to room temperature. Peel and refrigerate or simply drain and refrigerate, inviting guests to peel their own. For a dip, you may wish to use a little of the stock to thin out mayonnaise or cream cheese, although it's good plain.
