Chow Mein










   1 1/2 pounds pork and beef, cubed
   2 cups chopped celery
   1 large onion, chopped
   Butter
   2 cans cream of chicken soup
   2 cans cream of mushroom soup
   2 soup cans hot water
   1 large can mushrooms
   1/4 cup soy sauce
   1 cup chopped blanched almonds
   1 cup uncooked rice
   Mix all ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
