Mayo-Choco Cake

2 cups flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
Dash salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup mayonnaise

Whisk all dry ingredients together well. Separately whisk together wet ingredients. Combine dry and wet mixtures, stirring until just incorporated. Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
