Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

4 ounces german sweet chocolate
1 1/2 tablespoons water
3 ounces softened cream cheese
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Heat chocolate with water over very low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate
is melted. Remove from heat. Cool until lukewarm. Add cream cheese and stir until
well blended. Stir in powdered sugar. Add salt and vanilla. Let stand a few minutes
until it reaches right consistency for spreading.
