Easy Creamy Chicken Vegetable Soup

1 (10-1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 soup can water
1 (10-1/2 ounce) can chicken vegetable soup
1 soup can milk


Stir cream of celery soup, chicken vegetable soup, water and milk all together. Heat to boiling, then lower heat and simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with bread rolls.
