2 1/2 cups hot water 2 Tbsp. dry yeast
1/2 cup dry milk 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp salt 2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup butter (melted) 7 to 7 1/2 cups flour
Use 1/2 cup water to dissolve yeast add a tsp. sugar, let start to rise. If your dry milk is hard to dissolve add it to the water and blend. Put water, dry milk, sugar, salt, eggs, butter in a bowl. Mix in 2 cups of the flour, then add yeast mix, continue adding flour 1 cup of flour at a time, until you have a firm dough. The dough will need to rise for about 1 hour. Divide the dough in 2 pieces and roll each piece into a rectangle about 6 in. x 18 in. Spread melted butter over the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix. (below). Add nuts and raisins if desired. Roll dough and cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces. Put in your pans and pat down so your rolls don't separate. Let rise again. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 min.
Cinnamon-Sugar mix: 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon mix and store in a tight jar.
