Ingredients: | Dough:1 c. sour cream 1 c. milk 6 eggs 1 T. sugar ½ tsp. salt 7 c. flour Filling: 3 eggs 2 lbs. fried hamburger 2 onions – chopped ¼ c. water |
Directions: | Make egg sized pieces of dough and roll flat. Place 1 T. of meat mixture on half of dough, fold other half of dough over the mixture and seal together with egg whites. Fry in hot oil (about 375˚) until golden brown. Serve hot. Makes about 20. |
