2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk; slowly bring to a boil, stirring constantly, over medium heat. Boil for exactly 1 minute. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Cool; beat until of spreading consistency.
