18 1/4 ounce yellow cake mix, without pudding
3 3/8 ounce instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
4 eggs
8 ounce sour cream
3 milk chocolate candy bars, chop, 1.55 ounce each
6 ounce semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup pecans, chop
1 cup coconut, shred
Confectioners' sugar (optional)
In a mixing bowl, combine cake and pudding mixes, oil, water and eggs beat on low speed for about 30 seconds or until moistened. Beat 2 minutes on high. Blend in sour cream. Stir in candy bars, chocolate chips, nuts and coconut. Pour into a greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Cool completely. Chill before slicing. Dust with sugar, if desired.
