Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

1 Hour - Longer if meat is frozen

Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken, boneless, skinless, cut into bite-size pieces
1 lb ham, boneless, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp paprika
2 cans Cream-of-Chicken Soup
16 oz Sour Cream
1 lb Swiss Cheese
Bread Crumbs (Plain or Italian), to personal taste
Directions:
Cube chicken and ham into bite-size pieces. Shred swiss cheese. Combine Soup, Spices, Sour Cream, and Swiss Cheese. Add Chicken and Ham. Mix well. Place in greased casserole dish, top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 for 1 hour, or until casserole reaches 180 degrees.

Serve with rice or noodles. Alternately can be served with crusty french bread and green salad.
