Chocolate Chip Caramel Nut Bars

* 1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, softened, divided
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, divided
* 1/2 cup caramel syrup or ice cream topping

Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease 9-inch-square baking pan.

PRESS 3/4 package of cookie dough into prepared baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

SPRINKLE 1/4 cup nuts over cookie crust; drizzle caramel syrup over nuts. Top with teaspoonfuls of remaining cookie dough; press gently into caramel syrup. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup nuts.

BAKE for 14 to 18 minutes or until edges are set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
