Fruit Salad

1 large red delicious apple, peeled, (if desired), cored and chopped
2 large bananas, peeled and diced in 1/2" cubes
1 can (15-16 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
1-cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup white seedless grapes cut in half
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted lightly
1/2-cup maraschino cherries, cut in half
1 cup whipping cream
1-cup mayonnaise


Prepare fruits and nuts. Whip cream. Combine whipped cream and mayonnaise and mix with fruits and nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
