3 tablespoons margarine or butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Dash of cayenne
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups cleaned shrimp
2 cups mashed potatoes
Melt margarine; blend in flour. Add milk, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring, until thickened. Add parsley, seasonings, lemon juice and shrimp. Fill individual custard cups with shrimp mixture. Make a border around edge of each cup with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
