1 (6-ounce) package semisweet-chocolate pieces (1 cup)
3/4 cup evaporated milk, undiluted
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chocolate shot
Melt chocolate over hot, not boiling, water; stir in milk, cinnamon. Cook, stirring often, 20 minutes (mixture should be very thick). Refrigerate 1 hour, or until easy to handle. Shape into 3/4 inch balls; roll some in walnuts, some in chocolate shot (or in fine grated coconut, instant-cocoa mix, or instant coffee).
