Orange Fluff Frosting

1/2 cup butter or margarine; softened
4 cups powdered sugar; sifted
2 teaspoons orange rind; grated
2 tablespoons orange juice; or more


Cream butter at medium speed of an electric mixer; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add orange rind and orange juice; beat until smooth.
