Layered Pudding Cake

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. sm. marshmallows
1 lg. box instant pudding, mixed

1st Layer: Mix well flour, butter and nuts. Pat in 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
2nd Layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add 2 cups Cool Whip and marshmallows and beat more.

3rd Layer: Pudding.

Then top with more Cool Whip. Can make 4 layer - using another kind of pudding.
