Mashed Potato Casserole

4 cups mashed potatoes (Best made with instant potatoes.)
1 cup sour cream
3/4 stick Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar Cheese
diced or minced onion
seasoned salt

Mix all together, except for the seasoned salt. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees F.

A co-worker of mine gave me this recipe. This is the only instant potato dish, her daughter will eat.
