Greek Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

4 C cooked spiral pasta
2 C sliced cucumber
1 C red pepper
½ C red onion
¼ C Greek olives
¼ C finely chopped fresh parsley
¼ C olive oil
¼ C lemon juice
2 tsp fresh or ½ tsp dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp salt
1 can 14 oz kidney beans (rinsed)
½ C crumbled feta cheese

Procedure:

Mix all ingredients except cheese in bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavours.

Top with cheese.
