Pepper Butter

50-60 jalepeno peppers
1 qt mustard
2 large onions
2 heads of garlic
1 1/2 c h2o
1 qt vinegar
5 cups sugar
1 1/2 flour
cut peppers and onions into chunks,
put onions, garlic,peppers into blender and blend mix in vinegar as you go. In large saucepan add blended peppers, onions, garlic vinegar cook about 1 hr, stir occasionally. Add sugar and cook another 1/2 hr stirring constantly. Mix flour and h2o together and than slowly add to saucepan. cook another 15 min. Can
this will make about 10-12 pints or 5-6 qts
