Imitation Crab Casserole

1 cup peas -- cooked
5 hard boiled eggs -- sliced
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Bread crumbs
Butter
Lemon slices
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
Salt and pepper -- to taste
Paprika -- to taste
2 cups milk
8 ounces imitation crab sticks, cut into bite-size pieces

Melt butter, blend in flour, salt, pepper and paprika, add milk slowly, stirring until smooth, add crab, peas, 4 sliced eggs and lemon juice. Place mixture in a casserole dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs and dabs of butter. Bake in a 350 degree oven until top browns and mixture is heated. Garnish with rest of egg slices and lemon slices.
