1 large baked potato
1 teaspoon or more vanilla
Powdered sugar
While potato is still warm work vanilla and enough powdered sugar to make it the consistency of fondant. Spread in a thin layer on wax paper. You may have to wet hands to keep it from sticking when spread out. Spread a layer of peanut butter. Roll up candy and place in refrigerator until firm enough to slice. Candy could be rolled out between sheets of wax paper.
