2 eggs
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup coffee, cold
3 cups flour
2 cups raisins
1 cup lard
1/2 cup nuts
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cloves
Mix well, drop from spoon on cookie sheet. Bake in medium hot oven. Note: Assume a 425 degree f oven.
