No Flour Coconut Cake

1.00 can condensed milk
1.00 packet dried, grated coconut
3.00 eggs
1.00-teaspoon vanilla
1.00 teaspoon baking powder


Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and run the machine until all is well combined. Butter and flour a cake mold. Pour in batter and bake in a pre-heated 350-degree oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. (about 40 minutes). You can top it with whipped cream and grated coconut.
