Rainbow Slaw

1/2 small head green cabbage
1/2 small head red cabbage
2 large carrots
2 tart apples
2 tablespoons dried chives
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons celery seeds
Salt and black pepper


Mix together green and red cabbage, carrots, apples and chives. Toss well. In another bowl mix together vinegar, yogurt, mayonnaise, celery seeds, salt and black pepper. Stir to mix well. Add dressing to cabbage mixture. Toss together well. Adjust seasoning. Chill until ready to eat. Approximately 5-8 servings.
