Hamburger Stuffed Chinese Cabbage

Mix:
1 1/4 pounds hamburger
1/4 pounds ground lean pork
1 cup canned tomatoes
3/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup uncooked rice
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper


Cut stem end from large stalk chinese cabbage, rinse leaves, and fill each leaf with meat mixture. Tie leaves together in original stalk form and place in a baking dish. Melt 3 tablespoons butter, stir in 3 tablespoons flour and 1 cup condensed beef bouillon. Stir and cook until thick. Add 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 cup tomato sauce, 1/4 cup sliced dill pickle, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Cook for 3 minutes more. Add sauce to cabbage, cover, and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
