Chinese Cashew Chicken

Ingredients:
1 lb. bean sprouts
3 Tblsp. butter
1/2 C.chopped green onion
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 C. cooked chicken
1 C. bias cut celery
1 Tblsp. soy sauce
1 C. cashew nuts

Mix all ingredients except cashew nuts together in slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low for 4-9 hours. or on high for 2-3 hours. Stir in cashew nuts; serve with rice or noodles.Yeild: 6 servings
